Quick answers about AntisafeLx — product basics, retailer tools, locked devices, technical tips, and how to reach us.

General

What AntisafeLx is and how to get started.

  • What is AntisafeLx?
AntisafeLx is a secure Android device management platform for distributors and retailers. It helps finance and protect smartphones through remote lock, policy control, enrollment, and real-time monitoring — linked to web dashboards and a dedicated Android client app.
  • Who is AntisafeLx for?
It’s built for businesses that sell or finance phones: distributors, retailers, and partner channels who need to reduce default risk and stay in control until payments are complete. End customers use devices protected by the same system under retailer policies.
  • Where do you provide service?
We currently focus on serving partners and operations in All Assam, India. Coverage and onboarding outside Assam may be discussed case by case — contact our team for details.
  • How do I get support?
Use the Contact page on this site or email support (see footer). For urgent retailer or admin issues, include your company name, role, and device or order details so we can respond faster.

Retailers & distributors

Dashboard, devices, and day-to-day operations.

  • What can I do from the retailer or admin dashboard?
You can view enrolled devices, send lock or unlock commands, track status, manage partner workflows (depending on your role), and access reports. Exact features depend on your account type (admin vs retailer) and permissions set by your organization.
  • How does device enrollment work?
Enrollment typically involves installing the AntisafeLx client app, granting required permissions (including device admin or managed setup where applicable), and completing registration with a secret or provisioning flow your retailer provides. Follow the in-app steps or your distributor’s checklist.
  • How do I lock or unlock a device?
From your dashboard, open the device detail page and use the lock or unlock action. Commands are delivered in real time when the device is online. If the device is offline, the action applies when connectivity returns.
  • What is a secret code?
The secret code is a short code used during first-time device registration to link the phone to the correct retailer or account. Retailers issue codes through their workflow — users should enter it only in the official AntisafeLx app as instructed.

  • Why is my device locked?
Devices may be locked when your financing or retailer policy requires it — for example overdue payments or breach of agreement. The lock screen should explain next steps or how to contact your retailer.
  • I restarted my phone. Why is it still locked?
An active lock policy is stored securely on the device and restored after reboot. The device can show the lock screen again once the system starts. To remove the lock, your retailer or finance provider must clear the policy from their side after any outstanding conditions are met.
  • How do I get my device unlocked?
Contact the retailer or financier who sold you the device — they can unlock it from their dashboard when your account is in good standing. AntisafeLx support does not unlock consumer devices without authorization from the managing retailer.
  • Why does the app need location or other permissions?
Certain permissions support check-in, policy compliance, or anti-tamper features as configured by your retailer. Only grant permissions through the official AntisafeLx app and settings screens you recognize.

Technical & app

Connectivity, updates, and troubleshooting.

  • Does the Android app need the internet?
Yes, for registration, command delivery, and many dashboard-driven actions. Limited behavior may work offline, but lock state sync and remote commands generally require network access (Wi‑Fi or mobile data).
  • The dashboard says the device is offline — what should I do?
Ask the user to turn on data or Wi‑Fi and open the AntisafeLx app if required. If the device was factory-reset or tampered with, it may need re-enrollment according to your policy.
  • Is my data encrypted or secure?
We design the platform with security in mind, including protected storage for sensitive policies where applicable and industry-standard practices on the backend. Follow your organization’s policies for passwords, shared accounts, and device handling.
  • Where can I find technical documentation?
Visit our Documentation page for higher-level product and integration notes. Your distributor may also provide SOPs specific to your rollout.

Account, login & careers
