Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SafeLx platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including distributors, retailers, and administrators.

SafeLx provides a device management platform enabling distributors and retailers to enroll, monitor, and remotely manage Android devices. Features include real-time device tracking, remote commands (reboot, alert, wallpaper, SIM information retrieval), push notifications, kit & transaction management, and OTP-based retailer authentication.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Authentication: Retailers authenticate via WhatsApp OTP and do not use passwords.
• Security: You must notify SafeLx immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Sharing: Account credentials must not be shared between individuals.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to monitor devices without the knowledge and consent of the device holder where required by law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.
• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

By enrolling a device into the SafeLx platform, you acknowledge that the enrolled device will be subject to remote management commands issued by authorized distributors or administrators. These commands include, but are not limited to: device reboot, alert sound activation, wallpaper changes, SIM information retrieval, and app management.

Distributors are responsible for ensuring that retailers are informed of the remote management capabilities and the strict limitations on personal data access at the time of device enrollment.

Kit transactions processed through the SafeLx platform are final unless disputed within 48 hours of the transaction. SafeLx reserves the right to reclaim kits in accordance with distributor policies. All transaction records are maintained for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

All content, features, and functionality of the SafeLx platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, and logos — are the exclusive property of SafeLx Systems and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SafeLx does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeLx's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SafeLx in the 12 months preceding the claim.

SafeLx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SafeLx Systems operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform announcement. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
